A driver died and two others sustained critical injuries after a vehicle overturned near a bridge in Chevella mandal, according to Telangana Today.
A person died and two others were critically injured after a car overturned near Pamen Gate in the Chevella mandal of Vikarabad district, according to Telangana Today.
The vehicle was travelling towards Pamen Gate when the driver lost control near a bridge, causing the car to flip onto the opposite side of the road. One occupant escaped with minor injuries.
The deceased has been identified as Raj Kumar Goud, while Murali Goud, Oggu Venkatayya, and Karla Shivakumar were also in the vehicle. All four individuals are from Potgal village in Shabad mandal.
Raj Kumar Goud died at the scene due to severe injuries. The two individuals with critical injuries were moved to Continental Hospital in Hyderabad for medical treatment.
Local residents suggested the accident might have been caused by the road surface collapsing on a small bridge built for rainwater flow, in addition to speeding. They claimed a previous accident at the same location had also killed a person from Potgal village.
