Infosys sets November 3 as record date for interim dividend

The IT major will pay an interim dividend of ₹26 per equity share on 11 November.

Infosys has fixed November 3, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for its FY27 interim dividend, according to a Mint report.

The company's board of directors declared an interim dividend of ₹26 per equity share, which was announced on 23 October alongside the September quarter results. The payout is scheduled for 11 November.

The current interim dividend of ₹26 per share is an increase from the ₹23 per share interim dividend announced in FY26. In FY24, the interim dividend was ₹18, rising to ₹21 in FY25.

For FY26, the company distributed a total dividend of ₹48 per share, consisting of a ₹23 interim dividend and a ₹25 final dividend. This was higher than the ₹43 per share total dividend in FY25.

Based on an indicative share price of ₹1,185, the ₹26 interim dividend represents an indicative yield of approximately 2.19 per cent. The FY26 total dividend of ₹48 per share translates to a historical yield of about 4.05 per cent.

The Infosys share price gained 1.63 per cent over the last week and 14.49 per cent over the past month. However, the stock has declined 27.29 per cent year-to-date.
