Kimi Antonelli secured his maiden Formula 1 title with a podium finish during the race in Mexico City.
Max Verstappen of Red Bull won the Mexican Grand Prix after a race marked by several penalties, according to The Race. Kimi Antonelli of Mercedes finished third to secure his first Formula 1 title.
The race results changed multiple times following penalties issued to Oscar Piastri for a collision with Arvid Lindblad. Additionally, both Alpine drivers received penalties for yellow flag infringements.
Lewis Hamilton of Ferrari finished second, 0.799 seconds behind Verstappen. Charles Leclerc of Ferrari took fourth place, followed by Lando Norris of McLaren in fifth.
