Coca-Cola HBC raises 2026 revenue growth forecast on strong demand

The Switzerland-based bottler expects organic revenue growth in fiscal 2026 to be slightly above its previous range of 6 per cent to 7 per cent.

Coca-Cola HBC raised its annual organic revenue growth forecast on Wednesday, citing robust demand for sparkling drinks and sugar-free beverages, according to a Reuters report cited by The Economic Times.

The Switzerland-based bottler distributes products across Africa and Central and Eastern Europe. It now expects fiscal 2026 organic revenue growth to be slightly above its previous forecast range of 6 per cent to 7 per cent.

The company reported third-quarter organic revenue growth of 9 per cent, which exceeded the 8 per cent analyst consensus. Growth was supported by summer demand and promotional campaigns linked to a partnership with the FIFA World Cup in June and July.

The bottler has adjusted product prices and packaging to address changing consumer preferences as households become more value-conscious. It maintained its fiscal 2026 organic operating profit growth forecast at 8 per cent to 10 per cent despite rising energy, fuel and commodity costs.

Coca-Cola HBC said it remains on track to complete the acquisition of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa by the end of 2026. Antitrust regulatory approval in Tanzania is still pending.
