The conclave will cover topics such as biodiversity, drinking water security, animal husbandry, waste to wealth conversion and agriculture patterns that can withstand droughts. The Chief Minister reviewed the summit arrangements during a meeting with senior officials on Thursday.
Officials are preparing various exhibitions, including the Raksha Expo which will feature aerospace, cyber security, drones, robotics and latest defence developments. Of the 575 firms invited to the summit, 49 have expressed interest in attending.
The summit will also include the Telangana Innovation Challenge, which invites technological solutions for health, agriculture, basic amenities and the protection of government lands. Applications for this challenge will be accepted until November 20.
A comprehensive plan for the event must be finalised by November 15. The Chief Minister also requested a special focus on the tourism sector and the showcasing of state measures for research, skill development and education.
