Diljit Dosanjh says crowd management concerns led to cancelled Bihar concert
The singer revealed during an Instagram Live session that he could not perform in Bihar because he was asked to take responsibility for crowd management.
Singer Diljit Dosanjh revealed that a planned concert in Bihar was cancelled because of difficulties regarding crowd management, according to reports by The Indian Express, Hindustan Times and Outlook.
During an Instagram Live session following his October 30 concert in Delhi, the musician said he and his team had attempted to go to Bihar last time as well.
Dosanjh stated that authorities asked if he would take responsibility for managing the massive crowd, but he said he could not and that they would have to take that responsibility.
He explained that the logistics of managing such a large gathering are similar to organising an event in Delhi.
The singer also addressed the Delhi concert, which was initially denied permission by Delhi Police due to security concerns before being cleared after organisers agreed to additional measures.
Dosanjh is performing across India as part of his AURA India Tour 2026, with upcoming scheduled dates in Indore, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Lucknow, Chandigarh and Kolkata.
