Diljit Dosanjh says Bihar concert plans stalled over crowd management concerns
The musician revealed during an Instagram LIVE session that he could not perform in Bihar last year because he could not take responsibility for crowd management.
Musician-actor Diljit Dosanjh stated that he wanted to hold a concert in Bihar last year but faced a roadblock regarding crowd management, according to the Hindustan Times.
During an Instagram LIVE session following his Delhi concert on October 30, Dosanjh said he was asked to take responsibility for managing the crowd.
The performer said that because he could not take that responsibility and the authorities would have to take it, the trip to Bihar did not happen.
Dosanjh explained that managing the crowd is difficult because it is not a small gathering and involves complex logistics similar to organising an event in Delhi.
The singer, who kicked off his AURA India Tour 2026 in Delhi, is scheduled to perform in Chandigarh, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Indore.
Dosanjh also noted that while many people and news channels might create negative energy, he has been working for 25 years and will not stop.
