Cyclone Murasu expected to cross Nellore and Narsapuram coast

The system is expected to cross the coast between Nellore and Narsapuram between Monday midnight or early Tuesday.
The storm is currently located about 160 km east-southeast of Nellore and 180 km northeast of Chennai.
Other recorded positions include the system being 180 km east-southeast of Kavali, 210 km southeast of Ongole, and 240 km south of Machilipatnam.
District administration has advised people to take necessary precautionary measures in view of the cyclone's impact.
