Another suspect has been identified in Delhi in connection with the sting operation case, according to The New Indian Express reporting on Sunday.
Karnataka Home Minister Priyank Kharge said at a press conference in Kalaburagi that the investigation is in progress and technical analysis has uncovered key details.
Kharge stated that following the arrest of one individual, another person has been identified in Delhi and CCTV footage related to this is available.
The Home Minister said the investigation is trying to determine the origin of the case, the individuals behind it, and where the equipment was purchased.
Kharge noted that individuals who worked with Union Minister H D Kumaraswamy and his close associates are failing to appear for the investigation.
The minister added that if suspicion falls on any individual during the probe, legal action will be taken regardless of their influence.
