Keystone Realtors Q2 net profit rises 10-fold to Rs 101 crore

The company reported a significant increase in profit for the September quarter, driven by shares from joint ventures and associates.

Keystone Realtors reported a 10-fold jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 100.75 crore for the quarter ended September, according to a regulatory filing reported by The Economic Times on Wednesday.

The net profit for the same period last year stood at Rs 9.89 crore. The increase was driven by a high share of profit from associates and joint ventures, which amounted to Rs 73.24 crore.

Total income for the second quarter declined to Rs 513.09 crore from Rs 520.90 crore in the year-ago period. However, for the April-September period of the 2026-27 fiscal, net profit rose to Rs 153.12 crore from Rs 26.22 crore.

Chairman and Managing Director Boman Irani said the September quarter marks another period of strong performance, reaffirming a consistent growth trajectory and disciplined execution.

Irani noted that the company achieved its highest ever quarterly pre-sales of Rs 1,423 crore in the July-September FY27 period, representing 84 per cent year-on-year growth.

The real estate developer, which sells properties under the 'Rustomjee' brand, attributed the performance to exceptional demand for luxury and super premium housing projects.
