Andhra Pradesh releases notification for 2,721 teacher recruitments
Online applications for the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Recruitment Test-2026 will begin on November 11, according to the Deccan Chronicle.
The Andhra Pradesh school education department has issued a detailed notification for the recruitment of 2,721 teacher positions under the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Recruitment Test-2026 (APTRT-2026).
According to the Deccan Chronicle, the online application process for these posts, also known as DSC-2026, is scheduled to open on November 11.
The vacancies include 2,111 regular roles for secondary grade teachers and school assistants. There are also 350 special education teacher positions, consisting of 150 school assistants and 200 secondary grade teachers.
The remaining 260 posts are for various societies. These roles include physical education teachers, physical directors, trained graduate teachers, post graduate teachers, and principals.
The recruitment examinations will be held via Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The notification provides specific details regarding the examination schedule, syllabus, and subject-wise vacancies across different districts.
