Gyftr shares rise 14.5 per cent after announcing Q2 results date

The digital gift card brand saw its stock reach a new intraday high on Thursday following the announcement of its board meeting.

Shares of digital gifting cards and vouchers brand Gyftr rose over 14.50 per cent on Thursday, according to Mint. The stock opened at ₹188.80 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and reached an intraday high of ₹216 before finishing at ₹209 per share.

The rally followed an exchange filing on Wednesday, which stated that a board meeting is scheduled for Friday, November 13, 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

SEBI-registered market expert Anuj Gupta said the stock has been on an uptrend ahead of the festival season. Gupta noted that the market is discounting extra business for the company as people gift digital cards and vouchers during the festival.

Gupta also said market players are monitoring the margin impact of new B2B client expansions, including a strategic service agreement with Action Tesa closed on September 23, 2026, and a contract with Punjab National Bank signed in mid-August.

Mahesh M Ojha, VP of Research and Business Development at KC Securities, said the stock has support at ₹188 and faces resistance at ₹224. Ojha advised existing investors to hold the scrip with a closing stop-loss at ₹188 for a target price of ₹258.
