Reliance Jio launches unlimited 5G data pack for Rs 15
The new one-day plan provides high-speed 5G access for users requiring extra data for work or entertainment.
Reliance Jio has introduced a new prepaid data pack in India that offers unlimited 5G data for Rs 15, according to Moneycontrol. The pack provides 24 hours of high-speed access to the company's True 5G network.
The plan is intended for subscribers who need extra high-speed internet for short durations. Unlike standard data add-ons that have a set limit, this pack allows for continuous 5G usage during its one-day validity period.
News18 Marathi reported that the pack also includes 200MB of 4G data as a backup, subject to certain conditions. The service is available across all telecom circles in the country.
Eligible users can use the data for activities such as 4K video streaming, online gaming, and downloading large files. The pack also supports cloud backups and remote work via mobile hotspot tethering to laptops or tablets.
To use this benefit, customers must have a compatible 5G smartphone and be in an area with Jio 5G network coverage. The pack can be purchased through the MyJio app, the official Jio website, Reliance Retail stores, or third-party recharge platforms.
