Power Finance Corporation shares rose on Thursday following the announcement of its second quarter results and a dividend payout.

The Maharatna PSU's board of directors approved a second interim dividend of ₹4.10 per equity share, which is 41 per cent of the ₹10 face value. The payout will be subject to tax deducted at source (TDS).

The company has fixed Tuesday, November 17, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the dividend. The payout is estimated to be made on or before December 4, 2026.
