Indiabulls shares could reach ₹38 following strong Q2 results

The small-cap stock has delivered over 85 per cent returns to long-term shareholders during 2026.

Indiabulls Limited reported a net profit of ₹151.12 crore for the July to September 2026 quarter, according to a report by Mint.

This figure represents an increase of over 100 per cent year-on-year from ₹75.31 crore in the same period last year. The company also saw a 7.15 per cent sequential growth compared to the previous quarter's net profit of ₹141.02 crore.

Total income for the quarter stood at ₹336.39 crore, which is an increase of over 31 per cent year-on-year. SEBI-registered market expert Anuj Gupta said the company reported strong growth in net profit and managed to contain expenses from Q1FY27 to Q2FY27 by a huge margin.

Gupta attributed the 2026 share price rally, which saw the stock climb from a 52-week low of ₹8.90 to around ₹31.75, to corporate restructuring, strategic deals, and financial turnarounds.

Sumeet Bagadia, Executive Director at Choice Broking, said the shares look positive on the technical chart. He advised holders to maintain a strict stop-loss at ₹28 and noted that if the stock breaks above the ₹35 resistance, it may approach ₹38.

Bagadia suggested that fresh investors can buy and hold the stock for an upside target of ₹38, while maintaining a stop-loss at ₹28.
