Enrique Iglesias tied company buys $6.5 million Miami house to expand family compound

The purchase adds a midcentury home to the Bay Point holdings of singer Enrique Iglesias and former tennis player Anna Kournikova.

A company linked to singer Enrique Iglesias has purchased a $6.5 million house in the Bay Point neighbourhood of Miami, according to the Times of India. The 2025 acquisition involves a 4,350-square-foot midcentury property located on Sabal Palm Road.

The house features five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms on a 0.3-acre lot. This new addition expands the family holdings of Iglesias and Anna Kournikova to approximately 2.5 acres in the gated community.

The couple previously purchased waterfront land in Bay Point for $5 million in 2009. They later completed a 17,528-square-foot mansion on that site in 2013, which includes seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a tennis court, and views of Biscayne Bay.

The Bay Point area is a gated community north of downtown Miami known for its privacy. The couple, who share three children, have largely avoided public appearances in recent years.

The couple also bought a Miami property for $1.8 million in 2015 for Kournikova’s grandparents, but they listed that home for sale in 2018 for $4.85 million after renovations were completed.
