Maharashtra Board releases 2027 SSC and HSC examination timetables
The MSBSHSE has announced the February-March 2027 schedule for Class 10 and Class 12 written exams.
The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has released the 2027 examination schedules for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exams, according to reports by India Today, The Indian Express and Free Press Journal.
The Class 12 HSC written examinations are set to begin on February 8, 2027. The Class 10 SSC written examinations will commence on February 15.
Before the written papers, students must complete practical, oral, graded, and internal assessments. For HSC students, these assessments will run from January 20 to February 6, 2027. SSC practical and internal assessments are scheduled from January 28 to February 13, 2027.
The SSC written exams will include language papers starting February 15, with major subjects in March. Mathematics Part I is on March 2, Mathematics Part II on March 4, Science and Technology on March 8 and March 11, and Social Sciences on March 13 and March 15.
The HSC schedule includes English on February 8 and various vocational subjects throughout February. The HSC examinations are expected to conclude by March 9 or March 16, depending on the specific course and candidate requirements.
The board has advised schools and junior colleges to inform students of the schedule. Students are encouraged to verify their specific dates through their educational institutions and the official MSBSHSE website.
