Tamil Nadu doomed under TVK government, says M.K. Stalin
DMK president M.K. Stalin alleged that the state's GST revenue growth has fallen below the national average under the current administration.
DMK president and former Chief Minister M.K. Stalin said on Monday that people should prepare for difficult times as Tamil Nadu is "doomed" under the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) government.
According to The Hindu, Stalin stated in a social media post that the state's Goods and Services Tax (GST) revenue growth rate has dropped below the national average under the TVK government.
Stalin also alleged that the state government's indifference caused the loss of Korean investments worth ₹1,614 crore to Andhra Pradesh.
The former Chief Minister claimed that guidance for Tamil Nadu has been sacrificed due to the ego of individuals. He said the Chief Minister has gone to campaign in the byelections instead of understanding these issues.
He suggested that one could learn from the current government how to shift to reverse gear.
