The company reported a 17 per cent increase in revenue from operations for the July-September quarter of FY27.

Bajaj Finserv reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 2,758 crore for the July-September quarter of FY27 on Tuesday. According to reports from The Economic Times and Moneycontrol, this represents a 23 per cent year-on-year increase from the Rs 2,244 crore recorded in the same quarter last year.

The company's revenue from operations grew by approximately 17 per cent to reach Rs 43,416 crore, up from Rs 37,215 crore in the previous year. Net interest income also rose by 23.6 per cent to Rs 13,335 crore.

Bajaj Finserv noted that reported earnings might experience temporary fluctuations due to unrealised mark-to-market movements within the equity portfolios of its insurance subsidiaries. The firm recorded an after-tax unrealised mark-to-market loss of Rs 177 crore during the quarter, compared to a loss of Rs 161 crore in the year-ago period.

Lending subsidiary Bajaj Finance saw its consolidated profit after tax rise 29 per cent to Rs 6,367 crore. Its assets under management grew 26 per cent to Rs 5.84 lakh crore as of September 30, 2026.

Following the earnings announcement, shares of Bajaj Finserv were trading higher on the NSE, with reports indicating a gain of between 1.23 per cent and 2 per cent.
