Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers has identified six stocks for its Diwali 2026 portfolio, according to a report by Mint. The brokerage assigned Buy ratings to the selected companies, with 12-month target prices suggesting potential upside ranging from 16 per cent to 35 per cent from their November 2 closing prices.
State Bank of India (SBI) is the top pick with a target price of ₹1,337 against a market price of ₹987. The brokerage noted that SBI's robust growth in deposits and credit should assist in maintaining profitable and sustainable earnings. The lender saw its gross advances grow at a 14.4 per cent CAGR between FY24 and FY26.
Other recommendations include Tech Mahindra, which has a target price of ₹2,065, and HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFC AMC) with a target of ₹2,800. The brokerage expects HDFC AMC to benefit from the expansion of the mutual fund industry in India.
The list also features Cemindia Projects, Shilpa Medicare, and Indo-MIM. Cemindia Projects has a target price of ₹1,615, while Shilpa Medicare is set at ₹1,160. Indo-MIM has been assigned a target price of ₹1,500.
For Cemindia Projects, the brokerage highlighted its asset-light EPC model, though it noted risks such as cost overruns and execution delays. Shilpa Medicare's growth is linked to its specialty pharmaceuticals and biologics portfolio, while Indo-MIM's potential lies in the demand for high-precision components across various industries.
