Hero Xpulse Scrambler 421 concept emerges at EICMA 2026
Leaked images of a retro-styled scrambler concept based on the upcoming 421cc platform have appeared ahead of the official unveiling.
Images of a new Hero Xpulse Scrambler concept have emerged from the EICMA 2026 show floor in Milan, according to RushLane. The concept is believed to be based on the upcoming Xpulse 421 adventure platform.
The leaked scrambler features retro-inspired styling with a red fuel tank, silver side panels, and an orange-and-grey seat. It includes wire-spoke wheels with gold-finished rims, upside-down front forks, and block-pattern tyres. The design has minimal bodywork around the engine, leaving the radiator and mechanical components visible.
The motorcycle is expected to use a liquid-cooled 421cc single-cylinder engine. While the scrambler's specific performance is not confirmed, the Xpulse 421 adventure model is expected to produce approximately 47bhp and feature a six-speed gearbox.
The Xpulse 421 adventure motorcycle is expected to enter the Indian market in early 2027 with an estimated price starting from Rs 2.40 lakh. It is expected to compete with the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and the KTM 390 Adventure.
The EICMA 2026 exhibition runs from November 3 to 8. Hero MotoCorp's official presentation is expected to clarify the role of the scrambler concept alongside the production-spec Xpulse 421.
