Two cars collide at Chhatarpur intersection in Madhya Pradesh
No major casualties were reported after the vehicles crashed at the Panna Naka crossing while returning from a local mela.
Two cars collided at the Panna Naka intersection in Madhya Pradesh’s Chhatarpur district on November 7, according to The News Mill.
The accident occurred as the vehicles were heading toward the Chhatarpur bus stand after attending the Dhanteras Jalvihar Mela.
Police Patrolling Officer Kishore Kumar Patel said the crash happened because the drivers of both cars failed to coordinate at the busy crossing.
While no serious injuries were reported, one individual was taken to a hospital for a medical check-up after complaining of minor pain, Patel said.
Officers on patrol arrived at the site to manage the movement of traffic after the collision took place.
