AEK Athens to host Real Madrid in Champions League match on Wednesday
Real Madrid travel to Greece for their fourth UEFA Champions League league-phase fixture at the Allwyn Arena.
Real Madrid will play AEK Athens in their fourth UEFA Champions League league-phase match on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. The match is scheduled to kick off at 11:15 PM IST at the Allwyn Arena in Nea Filadelfeia, Athens, according to Mint.
The Spanish side enters the fixture with a perfect record in Europe this season under coach Jose Mourinho. AEK Athens, the Greek champions, aim to use their home advantage to improve their position in the table.
Mourinho said the game will be tough because AEK Athens are champions and Greece is traditionally a difficult place to play. The coach also confirmed that Vinicius Junior will play in the match.
The two clubs have met four times in European competition, with each side recording one win and two draws. Real Madrid have not yet secured an away victory against AEK in Europe.
Indian viewers can watch the match live on Sony Sports Network across Sony TEN channels. The game will also be available for streaming on the SonyLIV app and website.
