The Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Agartala Civil Hospital has been paperless since its first day of operation. Patients can access services including OPD registration, token issuance, admissions, prescriptions, medication dispensing, and laboratory testing through digital processes.
All government hospitals in Tripura are scheduled to transition to fully paperless services from November 10, eliminating manual processes. These initiatives are being implemented under the guidance of Tripura Chief Minister Professor (Dr.) Manik Saha.
The CEO of the National Health Authority (NHA) and the State Health Secretary invited officials present at the meeting to visit Tripura to witness the digital health transformation firsthand.
