The prize structure for the Suvarna Keralam SK-76 includes a first prize of Rs 1 crore, a second prize of Rs 30 lakh, and a third prize of Rs 5 lakh. Other prizes range from Rs 5,000 for the fourth prize down to Rs 100 for the ninth prize, with a consolation prize of Rs 5,000.
Winners must submit their prize claims at the Kerala Lottery Office in Thiruvananthapuram within 30 days of the announcement. Required documentation includes the original winning ticket with signed photocopies of both sides, recent passport-sized photographs attested by a Gazetted Officer, and a self-attested copy of a PAN card.
Claimants must also provide a valid government-issued ID, such as an Aadhaar card, voter ID, or ration card, and complete an official prize claim form with a revenue stamp affixed.
