Jim Carrey finds buyer for $35 million Maui oceanfront estate

The actor listed the Hawaiian retreat in October 2026 and secured a buyer within weeks, according to the Times of India.

Actor Jim Carrey has found a buyer for his oceanfront property in Maui after listing the estate for $35 million in October 2026, according to the Times of India. While a buyer is in place, the final sale price has not been disclosed.

The property is located on just under an acre of beachfront land near Keawakapu Beach and the Wailea resort area. Carrey originally purchased the estate in 2016 for $16.5 million.

The 4,717-square-foot estate consists of two buildings, including a main residence and a guest structure. The property features five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a swimming pool with a grotto and a water slide.

Designed by the architecture firm Ike Kligerman Barkley, the home incorporates traditional Hawaiian elements such as thatched roofing and woven bamboo finishes. The estate is being sold fully furnished.

This sale follows the previous sale of Carrey's Brentwood estate in Los Angeles, which sold for $17 million in 2024. The actor recently married his partner, Min Ah, in a private ceremony in Los Angeles.
