Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Udta Teer earns over Rs 50 crore worldwide
The spy comedy saw an improvement in domestic performance as it entered its second week in theatres.
The spy comedy Udta Teer, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan, has earned a worldwide gross of Rs 50.03 crore after eight days, according to box-office estimates.
The film recorded an estimated Rs 2.85 crore net in India on Friday. This represents a 26.7 per cent increase compared to the previous day.
The cumulative domestic net collection for the film has reached Rs 33.75 crore. Its gross collection in India currently stands at Rs 40.28 crore.
Overseas markets have contributed approximately Rs 9.75 crore to the total. The latest figures show a rise in collections after the film experienced consecutive daily declines.
The performance during the second weekend will be important to determine if the film can maintain its box-office momentum.
