Ranbir Kapoor responds to online criticism of Ramayana
The actor said he focuses on people who value his intentions rather than being bothered by online trolling.
Actor Ranbir Kapoor addressed online criticism regarding the film Ramayana during a recent India International Movement to Unite Nations (IIMUN) event, according to the Hindustan Times.
The film, which stars Kapoor and Yash, has faced online criticism regarding its music and visual effects (VFX) since the release of its teaser.
Kapoor said that people should not be bothered by what others are saying, noting that what matters is the people who care for his work, intention, and kindness.
Director Nitesh Tiwari stated that the team gave its best to the film and asked if anything else was needed if their conscience was clear and effort was full.
Actor Yash previously requested fans at a pre-release event in Hyderabad in October to avoid nitpicking the VFX and to watch the film with an open mind.
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the two-part saga features Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Ravana, Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman, and Ravi Dubey as Lakshman. The first instalment is scheduled to release in theatres on November 5.
