The three-day event at Bharat Future City will feature six exhibition halls and focus on investment, technology, and employment opportunities.
Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has instructed officials to organise the Invest Telangana Global Summit 2026 on a large scale to attract international investors. According to ANI, the summit is scheduled to take place from December 7 to 9 at the Young India Skills University campus in Bharat Future City.
The Chief Minister reviewed preparations at the Secretariat on Thursday, focusing on venue arrangements, international invitations, and event management. He requested that a dedicated liaison officer be assigned to every delegate and that registration and entry passes be completed immediately upon their arrival at the airport.
The event will include six exhibition halls, a significant increase from the single hall used during the previous Telangana Rising summit. Highlights include the Raksha Expo, which will feature defence and aerospace equipment, and India Joy 2026, focusing on animation, gaming, and comics.
Other components include a Pharma and Life Sciences Expo hosting 60 companies, an Education Expo, and a Telangana Pavilion showcasing the state's culture and history. A special Climate Conclave is also planned for December 8 to discuss drought conditions and climate change.
Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju stated that the response from national and international companies has been higher than anticipated. Of the 575 organisations invited to the Raksha Expo, 49 have confirmed their participation so far.
Officials must complete the full plan for the summit arrangements by November 15. Additionally, the state is accepting applications for the Telangana Innovation Startup Challenge until November 20.
