The 2026 Fetch Pet Gala brought together performers to support four nonprofits, pushing the event's two-year total past $1.2 million.
Cyndi Lauper, Ariana DeBose, Darren Criss, and Bernadette Peters attended the 2026 Fetch Pet Gala in New York City to raise funds for animal rescue. According to the Times of India, the event held at The Carlyle Hotel raised more than $750,000 for four different organisations.
The funds will be distributed to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, Broadway Barks, Wags and Walks, and North Shore Animal League America. This year's contribution brings the total amount raised by the gala over its first two years to more than $1.2 million.
Fetch Pet Insurance hosted the event, which was sponsored by the AI-powered pet wellbeing company SATELLAI. The evening included live performances and a green carpet featuring adoptable dogs from North Shore Animal League America.
Paul Guyardo, the president and chief executive of Fetch Pet Insurance, stated that the presence of celebrities helped achieve these fundraising results. He noted that the supported organisations are saving lives and providing a meaningful impact for pets.
SATELLAI founder and chief executive Mark Mao said the company was proud to support the event by providing Collar Go devices to five families adopting dogs from North Shore Animal League America.
Stronger Shot founder Adam Goldberg said the goal was to help people see shelter pets beyond their circumstances through photography and storytelling.
