CM Revanth Reddy invites industrialists to invest in Kodangal hub

The Chief Minister stated that the development of the RARE Industrial Hub will create large-scale employment opportunities in the region.

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy invited industrialists to establish units in the 'Rural Agri-Region Economy' (RARE) Industrial Hub in Kodangal, according to a statement from his office reported by ANI on November 8.

The Chief Minister virtually inaugurated the RARE Industrial Hub, the NARI (Network of Apparel Readiness & Infrastructure) Park, the THRIVE Hub, and the RISE (Regional Industries & Small Enterprises) initiative.

During a launch event attended by nearly 100 industrialists, Reddy noted that the radial road connecting Shamshabad to Kodangal is expected to be completed by December 2027. He said the road construction would allow travel to Kodangal in 70 minutes.

Reddy mentioned that international firms often evaluate how close an industrial park is to an airport before making investments. He said areas near airports have great potential for industrial growth and that Chandanvelli, Sitarampur, Parigi, and Kodangal are positioned for significant growth.

The Chief Minister said a 'Kodangal Education Hub' is being developed on 250 acres to provide education and jobs. He added that Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) are being set up in all state constituencies to provide training through the Young India Skills University in collaboration with Tata Technologies.

The meeting included representatives from the aerospace, defence, green technology, renewable energy, steel, copper, textiles, and agro-based sectors. Ministers Duddilla Sridhar Babu and Damodara Raja Narasimha were also present at the event.
