Kerala CM says businessman wearing AI glasses also met him

Chief Minister V D Satheesan confirmed receiving photographs of a meeting with a businessman who allegedly used Meta AI smart glasses.

Kerala Chief Minister V D Satheesan on Wednesday stated that a businessman who allegedly used Meta AI smart glasses during a meeting with Karnataka Chief Minister D K Shivakumar had also met him while wearing the device.

According to a report by Deccan Chronicle, Satheesan confirmed he received photographs of the meeting during a press conference regarding a Karnataka government probe into alleged sting operations targeting two chief ministers.

Satheesan questioned why the businessman wore the smart glasses only during meetings with him and Shivakumar, noting that he appeared not to wear them when meeting BJP leaders and other ministers.

The Kerala Chief Minister said he did not understand the reason for the glasses and stated that he would not disclose specific details while an investigation is underway.

The probe follows suspicions raised by Shivakumar, who claimed the visitor discussed politics and electoral strategies instead of business matters during their appointment.

Shivakumar alleged that the man wore the Meta smart glasses during his meetings with him and Satheesan, but not when meeting Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu or a Union Minister.
