Tamil Nadu CM Vijay and Trisha attend wedding reception in Chennai
The actor and actress were seen posing with YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at the event.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay and actress Trisha Krishnan attended the wedding reception of YS Anil Reddy’s daughter in Chennai on Thursday, according to The Indian Express and Moneycontrol.
Vijay, who wore a brown suit, was accompanied by his mother, Shobha Chandrashekhar. Trisha was dressed in a pink saree. Videos from the event show the two actors walking towards the stage to greet the newlyweds.
Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSRCP supremo YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was also present at the reception. Vijay was seen interacting with Jagan Mohan Reddy and the two posed for photographs. BRS Working President KT Rama Rao and his wife Shailima also attended the ceremony.
The two actors have made several public appearances together recently. They were previously seen in the United Kingdom in September at actor Ajith Kumar’s Michelin Le Mans Cup race at the Silverstone Circuit. They also attended a wedding reception in Chennai in March.
While there has been speculation regarding a relationship between the two, Moneycontrol reported that the actors have denied any rumours surrounding their relationship. Trisha has previously described Vijay as a close friend.
Trisha was also present at Vijay's swearing-in ceremony and his first Independence Day parade as Chief Minister. The two previously worked together in the film Leo.
