Tamil Nadu CM Vijay and Trisha attend wedding reception in Chennai
The actors were seen posing with YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at the reception of YS Anil Reddy's daughter.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay and actress Trisha Krishnan attended the wedding reception of YS Anil Reddy's daughter in Chennai on Thursday, November 5. The event, held at The Leela Palace, was for the newlyweds, Shreya and Ujjwal, according to reports by The Indian Express, Moneycontrol and India Today.
Vijay, who wore a brown suit and white shirt, was accompanied by his mother, Shobha Chandrashekhar. Trisha attended the function in a pink saree. Videos from the reception show the two actors walking towards the stage to greet the couple and posing for photographs.
The Chief Minister was seen interacting and posing for pictures with former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Jagan attended the ceremony with his wife, YS Bharati, and his mother, YS Vijayamma. Other guests included industrialist Gautam Adani and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president KT Rama Rao, who attended with his wife, Shailima.
The two actors, who have starred together in films such as Leo, have frequently attracted attention during public appearances. They were previously seen together in March at a wedding reception in Chennai and in the United Kingdom in September at the Silverstone Circuit.
While the actors have been the subject of dating rumours following a divorce petition filed by Vijay's wife, Sangeetha, which was later withdrawn, the two have denied any rumours regarding their relationship.
