Kim Kardashian's former Beverly Hills mansion to be listed for $8.5 million

The Tuscan-style estate in Beverly Crest has undergone an extensive interior makeover before returning to the property market.

The former residence of reality star Kim Kardashian is expected to be listed for just under $8.5 million on Monday, according to a report by the Times of India. The gated estate in Beverly Crest has been renovated with a contemporary aesthetic by designer Sebastian Zuchowicki.

The property was previously owned by Kardashian, who bought the home in 2010 for $3.4 million and sold it in 2013 for approximately $3.6 million. The mansion was the site of her 2011 proposal by NBA player Kris Humphries.

The current owners purchased the estate for $5.12 million in 2024 via a limited liability company. Zuchowicki told Architectural Digest that he reimagined the interiors to be brighter, as the original spaces felt dark.

Built in 1977, the 3,800-square-foot home features five bedrooms and a primary suite with a fireside sitting area. The residence includes a private home theatre, a swimming pool, a hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen.

The listing is being managed by Jack Harris and Michael Fahimian of The Beverly Hills Estates. The asking price represents a significant increase over the $5.12 million price paid by the current owners earlier this year.
