Faridabad gym owner saves Rs 3 lakh monthly from Rs 20 lakh sales

Nitesh Yadav explained that high revenue is offset by significant operating costs and loan repayments after a Rs 3 crore investment.

Nitesh Yadav, a gym owner in Faridabad, Haryana, earns monthly savings of approximately Rs 2 lakh to Rs 3 lakh despite recording Rs 20 lakh in monthly sales, according to a Times of India report.

Yadav shared these financial details in an Instagram video to illustrate how high business revenue does not always result in high personal earnings.

The fitness centre required an initial investment of around Rs 3 crore, which covered equipment, interiors, marketing, and three months of advance rent and maintenance.

Monthly operating expenses include staff salaries of Rs 6 lakh to Rs 7 lakh, rent of Rs 3,39,000 plus 18 per cent GST, and electricity bills between Rs 70,000 and Rs 1 lakh.

After accounting for these costs and a monthly loan instalment of approximately Rs 3 lakh, the remaining savings are significantly reduced.

Yadav stated that the facility has about 700 active members who pay Rs 6,000 for a monthly membership.
