Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Happiest Minds Technologies both reported increases in net profit for the September quarter, according to reports by The Indian Express and The Economic Times.

TCS recorded a net profit of Rs 13,884 crore for the quarter ended September 2026, which is a 14.98 per cent increase from the Rs 12,705 crore reported a year earlier. The company's consolidated revenue rose 11.78 per cent year-on-year to Rs 74,525 crore.

Happiest Minds Technologies reported a net profit of ₹62.1 crore for the September quarter, representing a 15.1 per cent year-on-year rise. Its revenue for the period reached ₹645.4 crore, up 12.5 per cent compared to the same quarter last year.

TCS Chief Executive Officer (CEO) K Krithivasan stated the company saw broad-based growth across international markets and industry segments. He noted that annualised AI revenues have exceeded $3 billion.

Happiest Minds managing director Venkatraman Narayanan said the company is behind its target of 12.5 per cent constant-currency revenue growth. He noted that slow decision-making and uncertainty regarding artificial intelligence (AI) have impacted performance.

The TCS board declared a dividend of Rs 12 per share with a record date of October 14, 2026.
