Yogi Adityanath accuses Congress and INDIA bloc of pushing anarchy in India
The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister will participate in a BJP foot march in Ghaziabad to protest against the Opposition's political tactics.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday alleged that the Congress and the INDIA bloc are trying to lead the nation into a state of instability and disorder. According to ANI, Adityanath announced his participation in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) 'Loktantra Bachao, Arajakta Hatao' foot march in Ghaziabad.
The Chief Minister stated on X that the Opposition is attempting to weaken India's democratic system despite being rejected by voters. He claimed that the leaders of the Congress and its allies lack clarity, capacity, and credibility, which has resulted in a disregard for the people's mandate.
The Ghaziabad march is part of a three-day campaign organised by the BJP across six organisational regions of Uttar Pradesh from November 3 to 5. Adityanath said that BJP workers, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, are dedicated to protecting democratic institutions and values.
In Ghaziabad, the Chief Minister is expected to address a public meeting before leading a 1,400-metre walk in Raj Nagar Extension. Urban Acres reported that more than 2,000 police personnel have been deployed for the event, and traffic diversions were implemented starting at 7 am on Thursday.
The Ghaziabad commissionerate has been declared a no-drone and temporary red zone until midnight on November 5. Security measures include the use of dog squads and bomb-disposal teams to monitor the area during the programme.
