KTR questions BJP leadership over inaction on alleged RR tax collections
BRS working president KT Rama Rao questioned why Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah have not acted on their allegations against the Congress.
BRS working president KT Rama Rao has questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah regarding their lack of action on alleged RR tax collections in Telangana, according to Telangana Today.
In a post on X, Rama Rao stated that real estate professionals in Hyderabad could confirm that collections of Rs 200 per square foot under the name of RR tax are occurring.
The BRS leader noted that while Modi and Shah have visited Hyderabad and accused Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and Congress Lok Sabha leader Rahul Gandhi of looting crores of rupees, no action has been taken.
Rama Rao alleged that the BJP leaders make accusations during their visits but fail to take concrete steps, describing their approach as having big talk but no action.
He further alleged that an understanding exists between the BJP and the Congress, which he suggested might be the reason for the Centre's inaction on these matters.
