Nainar Nagenthran rejects claims of AIADMK-BJP conspiracy against TVK government
The Chennai BJP State unit president called the allegations made by the Tamil Nadu Minister for Energy Resources and Law baseless.
Chennai BJP State unit president Nainar Nagenthran on Thursday rejected allegations by Minister for Energy Resources and Law C.T.R. Nirmal Kumar regarding a conspiracy by the AIADMK and BJP to destabilise the TVK-led government in Tamil Nadu, according to The Hindu.
Nagenthran described the Minister's claims as baseless in a social media post. He criticised the Minister for failing to address issues including the escape of prisoners and the increasing cost of electricity procurement.
The BJP leader stated that the TVK was responsible for taking legislators from other political parties. He said it was paradoxical for the Minister to claim that other parties were trying to recruit TVK legislators.
Nagenthran further stated that no diversion tactics could mask the inefficiency of the TVK government.
